meet 相当于汉语中的“集合；见面；碰头；聚集”。
right 在此作形容词，原义“正确的，适当的”。在此表示“对吗；是吧”，用来对此前陈述内容进行确认或核实。全句为Is that right 口语中常用不完整的句子表达意见或想法。right还作名词表示“右边”“权利”等意思。

Yeah, but I may be a little late. 对，但是我可能会晚一点儿。
may(情态动词)：可能，后接动词原形表推测。may be是由情态动词may 加be动词构成的,在句中作谓语,意为“可能是,大概是”,后接名词、形容词或介词短语作表语。
maybe 也许，副词(常用于句首)
a little“有点儿”可修饰不可数名词、形容词或副词。相当于kind of。另外a little “一点”，还可以修饰不可数名词。
例如： 他现在可能在家。___________________________

【易混辨析】few/a few与 little/a little
few 表示否定含义，“几乎没有” 修饰可数名词复数 There are few eggs in the refrigerator. 冰箱里没几个鸡蛋了。
a few 表示肯定含义，“少量；一些” His mother works a few hours a day.他妈妈一天工作几个小时。
little 表示否定含义，“几乎没有” 修饰不可数名词 I have little free time. 我几乎没有空闲时间。
a little 表示肯定含义，“一点；少量” I know a little French. 我懂一点儿法语。

glass 作“玻璃”讲时，是不可数名词；作“玻璃杯”讲时为可数名词；
