Step1 Warming up 1.Have a free talk with students,2Play a game to review the part of the body.Step2 Lead-in and presentationMake an interview ,talk about their favorite stars,lead-in the title of this unit: What does he look like Present several groups of pictures of people with different hair styles, hair colors, height and build. Teach the new words while presenting the pictures, and try to describe.Get Ss to practice reading the new words.consolidate usage. Lead them do the exercise . 4.Ask Ss to read the words of 1a, look at the pictures and match the words with the people in the picture, then check the answers.Step3 Listening1.Play the recording of activity 1b and ask Ss to fill in the blanks, then check the answers. And have Ss find Amy’s friend.Play the recording again and have Ss listen and repeat.
