Can/Could for Ability
We use can to talk about present ability.
We use could to talk about ability in the past.
(can表示现在的能力,could表示过去的能力)
Example:
He can speak good English.
When she was five, she could dance just a little.
Task 1: Let's learn how to talk about abilities!
Hello, this is Tony. He can only do a few things now.
Last year, he couldn't stand.
But now, he can stand.
He still can't jump.
I hope he will be able to jump soon.
I can talk about abilities now.
我们也可以用be able to来表示能力,be动词的形式根据句子所用时态变化。

◆can, could和may都可表示“许可”。其中,could语气更委婉,比can听起来更有礼貌。may则用在比较正式的场合。

感叹句用是一种表示强烈情感的句式,能表达喜悦,愤怒,悲哀,惊奇,厌恶,赞美等感情.
祈使句通常由how和what引导,how对形容词/副词感叹;what对名词感叹。
祈使句句末用感叹号,口语中,句中的主语和谓语可以省略。

注意(1)How +adj.+a/an+可名单主语+谓语!/ What+a/an+adj.+可名单+主语+谓语!二句式中,形容词与不定冠词的位置不同。

(2)what(3)句式中常见的不可数名词:news,music,homework,advice,weather,fun,information等。
