The police believe that the murder took place between 9 p.m. last night and 1 a.m. this morning. They are still working at the scene of the crime to find out whether the victim was killed somewhere else and then brought to West Town, or killed at the place where he was found. ②
“We’re asking anyone who saw anything unusual near Corn Street last night to contact us,” said Detective Lu, West Town’s chief detective. “The victim was wounded with a knife and bled to death as a result. ③ We’re now checking the scene for more clues which will help solve the case.”
