一. 教案背景:1.面向学生: □八年级 2.学科:英语 3.课时:24.课前准备:1)让学生预习生词,并掌握单词的意思。2)预习课文,了解英美国家学校文化的差异。3)自主完成课后习题。
二.教学课题:江苏译林牛津版8A Unit 2 School life Reading Ⅰ教学目标:1. 知识目标:掌握有关学校生活的词汇,鼓励学生在适当的语言情景中进行表达。通过对文章的阅读了解英美国家学校生活的不同。2. 能力目标:运用适当的阅读技巧:默读 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com ),细读来提高阅读能力,从而达到用词汇及固定的表达方式介绍英美国家的学校生活,理解中西方国家之间的文化差异。3. 情感目标:鼓励学生敢于介绍自己的学校生活,并对西方国家的学校生活提出自己的观点,培养他们的跨文化交际能力。
三.教材分析:本单元的话题涉及青少年的学校生活。Read ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )ing的两篇短文分别介绍了英国和美国不同的学校生活。因此教师可以结合学生的学习现状,在学生进一步学习后,了解英美国家之间的学校生活,从而比较自己的学校生活,学会介绍并对西方国家的学校生活提出自己的观点。教学重点:了解英美国家学校生活并掌握有关学校生活的词汇。教学难点:理解中西方不同的文化差异。学会用所学词汇进行描述学校生活。
四.教学方法:单词的学习 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )放在情景中联系学习更有利于学生的记忆。文章的阅读方式分三中PWP即pre-rea ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )ding, while-reading and post-reading. 每种阅读方式都设定不同的练习:pre-reading读前--让学生对两个学校的生活进行分类。while-reading读中--对两所不同的学校生活分别设定了一些提问。post-reading读后—让学生细读文章完成判断正误和根据课文内容填空的练习。教学准备:让学生通过网络搜索英美国家的学校生活相关的信息。教师根据教学内容,通过网络获取有用信息,并制作多媒体课件。教学思路:这是阅读课的第一课时,学生用不同的阅读方式来学习文章。首先在导入环节设计“单词找朋友”的游戏,复习前一课时学过的词汇。在新课之前,引导学生谈论他们的学校生活。阅读分三种读的方式:读前,快速阅读课文,了解英美学校生活的不同;读中,大声朗读课文,练习单词的发音,并回答一些提问让学生掌握文章大意;读后,根据题目中的题目进行阅读,做判断正误的练习。总之本节课设计各种合适的情景,采用任务型教学,使学生在完成任务的过程中培养英语语言的运用能力,实现完成本单元阅读的目标。
