Task 1: Read the 1st and 2nd paragraph of the text and decide if the following statements are T or F.(F) Patrick Moore began his lifetime hobby with a lesson about stars.(T)Patrick and his mum spent many exciting moments looking at the stars.(T)The weather was good when they went outside.Task 2: Read Para. 3 and answer the questions.1.In what way did Patrick continue his hobby (He hosted a TV programme called the Sky at Night. He used his knowledge to tell people about the stars in lively way.)2.Why did Patrick feel proud (Because he could share his knowledge and his programme has lasted for more than 50 years.)Task 3: Read Para. 4 and answer the questions.What is the advice from Patrick Moore (Enjoy what you do so that you can achieve your dream.)Post-reading1.
