Save the Pandas!
Pandas are the cutest animals in China. Adult pandas are about 150 cm tall and they weigh about 100 kilos. They spend more than 12 hours a day eating about 10 kilos of bamboo. Pandas live in the forests, zoos or research centers. They can climb trees and even swim.
But pandas are in danger. One of the main reasons is that humans cut down bamboo forests, so pandas can’t find enough to eat. Another reason is that pandas do not have many babies and the babies often die from illnesses. Sometimes, the earthquakes also destroy their living places.
We should protect pandas by learning more about pandas and telling more people about the importance of saving them. We could also raise some money at school and give the money to zoos, research centers or other organizations.
Let’s all work together and save the pandas, love nature!
