Steamboat Willie is the first cartoon with sound and music. It came out on Nov.18th,1928 in New York. Walt Disney is the man behind the cartoon, who created Mickey Mouse in it. Mickey is the symbol of American culture. It became very popular with people after he first appeared. One of the reasons is that he was a common man, but he tried to face any danger and was always ready to try his best. He is also the first cartoon character to have a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I think I like him, not only because he’s funny, but never gives up in face of problems. Calabash Brothers is a classical Chinese animation, which came out in 1986. It tells stories about seven cute calabash brothers. Each is in a color of the rainbow.
