(2) special 还可作形容词，意为“特别的；特殊的”。其副词形式为 specially，意为“专门地；特意；特别”。

beef noodles 中beef 作定语修饰名词noodles.
注意：名词作定语修饰名词时，作定语的名词一般只能用单数形式。

① 当man, woman 作定语修饰复数名词时，它们本身也要用复数形式。
