This lesson begins with "What does he look like " As the theme, it mainly adopts the combination of group cooperative learning and task-based teaching. It stimulates students' independent initiative through the form of guide tool list and inter-group competition. The students' performance in class is more active and the discussion is heated than usual. But there are also the following problems:1. The time allocation of each teaching link in the class is not reasonable, resulting in the failure to complete the final practice test in the teaching plan within the teaching time, which is not conducive to timely feedback of students' learning situation.2. The preparation of vocabulary teaching for students before class is not enough. Students have difficulties in pronouncing new words and are inaccurate, which wastes some teaching time.3. The breakthrough of teaching difficulties in class was not obvious and the planned teaching effect was not achieved, especially the guidance of students in the exercises of understanding and translating long and difficult sentences in the reading text and judging the reference relationship according to the context was not in place, and there was no flexible teaching wisdom.
