It’s time to do sth. 相当于It’s time for sth.“到了做某事的时间了。”；
It’s time that+从句. that后加从句，从句中用的是虚拟语气，也就是说从句的谓语动词要用过去式，be动词要用were。如：
It’s time to go to school.= It’s time for school. 到了上学的时间了。
It is time that you went to school. 你早该上学去了。

also, too和either
also, too 和 either 都有“也”的意思，但是还是有区别的。
also 一般放在句中，也可以放在句首，用于肯定句；
