We use the passive voice when

We form the passive voice in the simple present tense like this:

我们也可以用by来介绍谁或什么人在被动语态中做动作。我们把by和表演者放在动词后面。
On the plane, volunteer doctors do operations.
→ On the plane, operations are done by volunteer doctors.
ORBIS doctors helped many blind people.
→ Many blind people were helped by ORBIS doctors.
