形容词和副词的比较级
大部分形容词和副词都有三个等级：原级、比较级、最高级。
比较级用于两个事物之间作对比，表示“前者比后者更……”。
than是比较级句型的标志词。

2. 形容词和副词比较级的用法：
（1）A+动词+比较级+than+B 意为“A比B更……”
He is more popular than Jim at school. 在学校他比吉姆更受欢迎。
I like swimming better than Will. 我比威尔更喜欢游泳。
（2）A+系动词+the+比较级+of the two（+复数名词）
意为“A是两者中比较……的”
Ann is the more outgoing of the two. 安是两者中比较外向的。

（3）比较级+and+比较级 意为“越来越……”
The+比较级..., the+比较级... 意为“越……，就越……”
The city becomes more and more beautiful.
城市变得越来越美丽。The more you eat, the fatter you are.
你吃得越多，就会越胖。
（4）表示两个事物之间的对比选择：Which/who+系动词+比较级，A or B？
Who is better at English, Bob or Mike 鲍勃和迈克谁的英语更好？
（5）比较级可表达最高级含义：
Tom is taller than any other student in our class.
汤姆比我们班其他任何一个学生都要高。I have never heard a better voice. 我没听过这么好听的声音。
另：能够修饰形容词比较级的词：much, even, far, a lot, a little, a bit等。
My friend Bill is much smarter than me. 我的朋友比尔比我聪明得多。
