It's very important for us students to face stress in a right way and learn to relax.
First, when you have too much stress, you'd better talk with your teachers, parents and friends, try to tell them your trouble. They may give you some useful advice. Second, doing sports, such as going swimming or riding a bike, is also a good way to relax. It can help you to have a healthy body and study better. Third, you could also try listening to some music and reading more books. It's relaxing and helpful.
All in all, the more relaxed you are, the better you’ll learn.

As teenagers, it's important to get on well with parents. What should we do
First, we should spend some time communicating with our parents. For example, we may talk about our teachers, classmates or other things that happen in school. Second,we should do something with our parents each week, such as making dinner,going shopping or taking exercise. We'll improve our relationship with them in this way. Third, we'd better discuss our problems with them. They will help us find better ways to solve them.
Getting on well with parents always makes us feel comfortable and we should learn to be understanding first.
