教材分析 本单元的主题是“Talk about past events”,第一课时的主要任务是通过视频导入、图片练习、听力练习、猜图游戏、小组两两合作、团队合作等方式训练学生对过去事件的听说基本技能,学生能够熟练用Did you ... , What did you do ... 两个句型来描述过去发生的事情以及自己进行过的旅途,并就事件发表自己的一点想法。
学情分析 学生在前面的单元已经学习了许多描述活动的短语,但变成过去式是他们的一大难点和易错点。教师在上课时要适当过渡,引导学生明白什么情况用过去式,以及运用对比找出规律,强化特殊变化的记忆。由于学生一般对旅行游玩比较感兴趣,备课时要善于用这一点设置活动使学生勇于开口谈自己有过的有趣的旅途,积极参与课堂。
教学目标 知识目标 能够掌握并熟练运用milked a cow, fed chickens, rode a horse, took a photo, went for a walk, talked to a farmer, picked strawberries, went fishing等重点过去时短语,还有Did you... What did you do last weekend 等句型在听力中、口语描述中的应用。情感目标 学生通过参与课堂的各种活动和练习,能勇于表达自己,享受课堂,享受分享。通过小组合作,将课堂和生活联系起来,鼓励学生分享自己生活中的快乐旅途,和热爱大自然的情怀,也鼓励学生课余时间多去进行亲近大自然的活动,去享受自然之美,同时也保护好大自然。
教学重难点 教学重点学生能够掌握本单元的重点词汇和短语,听懂过去发生的事情,并能熟练描述自己过去所做的事情,积极参与课堂,提升自己的听说能力。教学难点 一般过去时的准确应用,动词过去式不规则变化的形式如took, fed, rode以及Did,what引导的一般疑问句和特殊疑问句的过去时句型的掌握和应用,以及在小组活动中学生作report的配合度。

(B部分同学选做)【设计意图】一是复习课本上所学的对话和单词,二是将最后的小组活动搬到生活中来,写一篇关于学生自己和小组成员上周末所做事情的报告,但是基础不是特别好的B部分同学可以选做,以充分体现分层布置作业的双减要求。课堂结束前进行一个情感升华:The outside nature is so beautiful.
