Jazz is one of the art forms. It started in the US. Black Americans created jazz. They sang and played it together and it made them feel excited.
Jazz is a mixture of African music, work songs, slave songs and religious music. Improvisation(即兴创作) is the most important part in jazz. That is why a jazz song might sound a little different every time it is played.
