一、单元教学目标 (参照2011版课标中的分级标准描述)
语用任务:1.在学习过程中学生能够掌握以下新词汇:storybook, buy, story, dictionary, magazine, newspaper, week , student. 2.在学习过程中学生能够掌握以下短语,并且可以运用到句子中:make posters, write about, take photos of, do a survey about, read a play, act the play out. 3.学生通过对单元的感知和学习,能够运用句型be going to表达某人计划或打算做某事,如句型I’m going to read a story every day. 4.掌握i-e和字母组合ie的发音。
知识与技能 知识目标:学生能够通过对本单元的学习掌握新授词汇及短语,学生能够运用be going to表达计划,同时可以运用be going to 询问他人的计划。并且能够运用长篇文章表述自己的活动计划。技能目标:通过本单元不同课型的学习,学生能够增强英语的综合应用能力,即听,说,读,写。同时让学生能够拥有计划意识,会做计划,会打算。
文化与情感 通过本单元的学习,学生能够意识到读书的趣味性,培养学生阅读的好习惯。通过课堂中的学习活动,学生能够懂得合作的重要性,懂得分享。
方法与策略 通过创设情境,开心小学将会举行读书周,设置系列活动,从而将本单元的所有内容串联起来。通过小组合作完成学习任务。了解不同国家对楼层的不同表述。
二、单元基本架构

Every Saturday when Mr. Brown talks to Mr. Smith, he always says he is going to do something. “I'm going to clean my house today,” he says, or “I'm going to wash my car tomorrow.” or “I'm going to clean the garden next week.” Mr. Smith usually says, “ Are you going to do that, John ” He knows his neighbour is not going to clean his house. He is not going to wash his car. Let alone clean his garden. Then he says,”Excuse me, John. I'm going to do some work in the house.” Mr. Smith often says to his son Dick,” If you are going to do something , then do it. Don't be another 'Mr. Going-to-do'.”

Pre-task preparation Create the situation. Book Week is coming in Happy Primary School. The Students need to have some reading materials. So Kitty and Alice are in a bookshop. 老师通过PPT图片展示及文本呈现,向同学们介绍开心小学的读书周要开始了,学生们需要有阅读材料。 创设情境,让整个单元的开展更加的完整。

四、教学设计说明 (不少于800字)
本单元是继第三单元后继续讲授将来时,但是并不是一脉相承,第三单元是讲授will构成的一般将来时,而第四单元室讲授be going to 构成的一般将来时。本单元主要是讲授阅读书籍相关的内容,从而让学生们能够感知和应用be going to 这个举行,所以在本单元的设计上,第一和第二课时并没有创编或改编文本,而是直接给整个单元加了一条主线,即开心小学要举办读书周活动,然后将第一课时和第二课时直接加进去,第一课时即使为读书周做准备,去书店买书, 第二课时是读书周进行中,读书周学生们可以做什么以5A班为例,这两课时都是涉及到be going to 这个句型的陈述句,所以通过课堂活动的设计,学生将会很好的感知be going to 的陈述句后,能够自己应用。第三课时延续情境,同学们在学校里开展的读书周,深受启发,要读书,于是去了书店,才有第三可是的创编新的文本,这一课时,主要是学习楼层的表述方法,同时涉及到be going to 句型的一般疑问句和特殊疑问句,所以将书中28页的内容创编成为一个新授对话,同时对学生拓展一些相应的短语如look for the words等。通过基础文本的学习,让学生能够熟练询问别人的计划。由于老师创编的文本内容是书店里Kitty 和Ben的对话,没有他们的父母对话,所以在这里让学生创编属于父母的对话,然后进行展示,让情境更加的完整。第四课时,总结读书周的收获,我们应该读书,同时我们也应该今日事今日毕,所以在第四课时拓展了和be going to 相关的一篇文本,即Mr. Going-to-do. 文章既有趣又有教育意义,通过任务型教学完成教学内容,同学们在小组合作下共同完成学习。本单元的语音部分,也采用了分开讲解,总体练习的方式来呈现,第一和第二课时分别学习i-e和字母组合ie的发音,第三课时chant练习,第四课时,通过不同的练习巩固i-e和ie的发音。语音教学也并非单纯的呈现语音或者单词,而是从拓展的文本开展,即林克妈妈的系列丛书中,将通过绕口令顺口溜等学习语音既学习语音,也有相应的拓展。关于阅读素养评价方面我们提供的题目也是用心的,由易到难,阅读A和B, 都是关于将来时的,相对而言比较简单,只要认真,都可以很好的完成,阅读C,是关于读书周的,但是是以应用文的形式出现,也是对本单元知识的一个检测,阅读D是一篇介绍书的文章,切合本单元的主题。四篇阅读分别有两篇判断题,两篇选择题,题型设置不单一。
