Unit 4 Review
教学目标
1.Grasp the new words and expressions.

Step 1. Warm up
Revise the fixed phrases and words students learnt in unit 1-3.
Step 2. Words and expressions
1.Read the clues and complete the crosswords puzzle in Part A. Then find the word in the circle.
2.Complete the sentences with the phrases in the hint box. Change the word forms if necessary
3.Key words and expressions:
highway, calm, dinosaur, be likely to, turn off, in fact, cry out, as usual
Step 3. Sounds
1.Look at Part A. Listen and choose the works you hear. Pay attention to the pronunciation of each word.
2.Look at Part B. Listen and practice saying the sentences with proper intonation.
Step 4. Listening and Speaking
1.Listen and complete the dialogs in
Part A on P28.
2.Make new dialogs based on Activity A. Act them out, and practice them with your partner.
Step 5. Grammar
1.Revise the usage of should and shouldn’t in Part A.
2.Revise the usage of the exclamatory sentence in Part B.
3.Revise the usage of as…as… in Part C.
Step 6. Writing
1.Answer the questions, and then write complete sentences in Part A.
2.Look at the pictures in Part B and make full sentences like the example.
3.Look at the information in the weather chart and make sentences based on the sample writing.
