训练一 记叙文(2021·江东一模)
Life is full of the unexpected. On October 28, 2020, a serious traffic accident happened in Chongqing. A bus and a red car collided(碰撞) at the second bridge of the Yangtze River. The bus ran out of control on the bridge and crashed into the river. All 15 passengers and the driver in the bus were killed.
At the beginning of the accident, many people doubted that the red car was going the wrong way, causing the bus to fall into the river.
Others guessed that the accident was caused by the driver's sudden illness. However, a few days later, based on the black box, which was saved from the scene of the accident, together with the traffic records, the police announced(宣布) the truth.
Before the bus reached the bridge, a female passenger had a quarrel with the bus driver because she missed her station, but the driver refused to stop the bus. So she got angry and got into a fight with him. Because the bus speed was very high, the bus was out of control.
People from all walks of life paid more attention to the accident and expressed their opinions. Some people think the woman passenger made the trouble without reasons. She was regarded as the chief culprit (罪魁祸首). She shouldn't have argued with the driver. Some people think drivers shouldn't fight with passengers and they should keep calm and put the passengers' safety first at any time. As for the other passengers, they failed to dissuade(劝阻) the two in time. Of course they didn't know the result would be so serious.
Nowadays, tens of thousands of people die or get hurt on the roads every year in China. In my opinion, all of us should follow the rules and put the safety in our heart.

训练二 说明文(2022·河源一模)
Do you live in a city? You've probably noticed how noisy and crowded cities can be. What if you could live next to a calm lake or river instead?
As it turns out, living near water, such as the ocean, lakes or rivers, can help us feel both happier and healthier. Those who live less than a kilometer from the beach are around 22 percent less likely to have mental problems than those who live 50 km or more away.
People who visit the beach at least twice a week can experience better physical and mental health as well.
So how does “blue space” make us feel better? For one thing, aquatic (与水相关的) environments may have less pollution and more sunlight, and they are connected with better mental and physical health. People who get more sunlight can be happier than those who don't.
There's also fresher air above the sea. After spending time near the ocean, you might find that you feel more relaxed than usual.
This is because sea air is full of negative ions(负离子). These ions balance our levels of serotonin(血清素),a body chemical that has an effect(影响) on our feelings. With balanced serotonin levels, we feel calmer and more relaxed.
Finally, people who live near water can be more physically active. Water sports like swimming and boating can help us stay in shape, which in turn keeps us healthy.
1. What are cities like?

训练三 议论文(2022·惠阳一模)
Many kids do housework such as doing the dishes, making the bed, and folding the clothes. In exchange, they get some money or other computer time after doing housework. Paying kids for housework is one of the most popular topics, especially at a time when everyone is more careful about money. Some parents think because adults are paid to do their jobs, we should pay kids for everyday housework.
But some people don't think kids should get rewards(报酬) for doing housework. Susie Walton, an expert, believes that by rewarding kids, parents send a message that work isn't worth doing unless you get something in return. “Running any kind of housework is a team effort,” Walton said. “A home is a living space for everyone in the family. It's important for kids to see that we all have responsibilities in the house, and families decide how they want their home to look, and how they are going to keep it looking like what they want. ”
Other people believe that getting a reward encourages kids to do housework, and it also teaches them real world lessons about how we need to work to get money. There are also apps(手机程序) that give kids points and digital gifts that can be redeemed(兑现) either online or in the real world. “Our goal is to give kids lawful power so they can get rewards,” says Chris Bergman. “And kids need rewards because rewards help encourage them to do housework. ”
