考情分析:纵观近3年对三大从句的考查情况可以发现,语法选择中考查了宾语从句的语序、时态和引导词及状语从句的连词,没有考查定语从句;短文填空中主要考查了宾语从句的引导词和状语从句的连词;中考主要侧重在篇章中考查学生对三大从句的理解,所以学生要提高划分句子成分和辨析从句类型的能力。
宾语从句属于名词性从句,在句子中起名词的作用,相当于一个名词词组,在全句中充当主句的宾语。其主句和从句的时态搭配要求严格,在中考题中较常见,主要考查其连接词、语序和时态。
宾语从句的用法:
(1)作动词的宾语。如:
I know (that) he has returned.我知道他已经回来了。
(2)作形容词或过去分词的宾语。
某些形容词或过去分词后常接宾语从句,这类形容词或过去分词有sure, glad, certain, pleased, happy, afraid, surprised, satisfied, disappointed等,引导词that可省略。如:
I’m afraid (that) you don’t understand what I said.恐怕你没理解我的意思。
(3)作介词的宾语。如:
He was deeply displeased by what had occurred that day.那天所发生的事情令他非常不高兴。
宾语从句的引导词(2020语法选择考)
句子种类 引导词 用法 例子
陈述句 that that在从句中无词义,不充当句子成分,在口语中常可省略。但that引导的宾语从句作except, in, but, besides等少数介词的宾语时that不能省略。 I know nothing about him except that he is from the south.除了知道他来自南方以外,我对他一无所知。
一般疑问句 if/whether if/whether在句中有词义,表示“是否”,但不充当成分。一般情况下两者可以互换,不同的是whether后可接or not,而if 一般不与or not连用。 I don’t know if/whether you can help me.我不知道你是否能够帮我。
I don’t know whether or not they will come.我不知道他们来不来。

(1)宾语从句的语序
①宾语从句要用陈述句语序,即:引导词+主语+谓语+其他。如:
Lucy wanted to know if I could make a cake for you.露西想知道我是否会为你做个蛋糕。

②引导词在从句中作主语时,语序不变,即:引导词(充当主语)+谓语+其他。如:
Jack asked me who would give us the lecture this afternoon.杰克问我谁今天下午会给我们做报告。
(who是引导词,在宾语从句中作动词would give的主语,本身已是陈述句语序,不需再变。)
③What’s wrong with… 在宾语从句中语序不变。如:
I want to know what’s wrong with you.我想知道你怎么了。
(2)宾语从句的时态(可与动词的时态结合起来考查)
宾语从句谓语动词的时态常受主句谓语动词时态的制约。因此,在运用时要注意主从句的时态相呼应。

一般过去时 虽然从句的动作发生在主句动作之前,但含有某一具体时间状语

宾语从句的简化
宾语从句与简单句的转换 think, make, find等引导的宾语从句,可转换为简单句,即: think/make/find+宾语+宾补 His mother found that he was a warm-hearted boy.
=His mother found him a warm-hearted boy.
宾语从句与简单句的转换 由连接代词who, what, which或连接副词when, why, how, where等引导的宾语从句可转换为“疑问词+不定式”结构 After she returned home, she kept thinking about what she could do to help those kids.
=After she returned home, she kept thinking about what to do to help those kids.
在近3年广东中考的语法选择中,宾语从句共考查了2次。宾语从句在语法选择中主要考查宾语从句的引导词、时态和语序(时态和语序是结合在一起考的)。
