能够听、说、读、写本课的动词短语的ing 形式:flying, jumping, walking, running, swimming .
学情分析
学生具备一定的英语基础,教师起引导可扩展知识的作用。
重点难点 \
1.“Look at the tiger! / It’s jumping! / The rabbit is running. ”
2.能看懂图片并说出相应动物的正在做什么。如:The bird is flying.
教学过程
T: What animals do you like
Ss: I like ...
3) Look and match the animals with the pictures. Then talk about the pictures using the pattern structures: Do you like pandas Yes, I do. I like pandas.
4) Lead in
T: Where can we see animals
Ss : We can see animals in the forest.
T: So today our story is about "Animals". Let's go to lesson 1 "In the Forest".
设计意图:通过问好,拉近师生距离。观看电影《疯狂动物城》的小片段,吸引学生的注意力,学生自然而然回忆起电影的主题是动物,谈论喜欢的动物并且进行小对话活跃了课堂气氛,调动了学生积极性,为接下来的故事的展开做好铺垫。

Step2 Enjoy the Story
1) 讲述故事开头
T: He is Bobby. He is in the forest now . Here come Ann and Ken. Do they see Bobby. Have a look.
播放图1视频并学习。
T: Now they are together . What animals do they meet Can you guess.
学生对他们遇到的动物进行猜测。
设计意图:开门见山介绍本课的主角,为故事的发展做好铺垫。设置问题让学生猜测故事的发展,培养学生发散思维能力。

T: So they meet squirrels. Do you like squirrels What about Ken
Ss; Yes.
T: Where are the squirrels

Ss: They are in the tree. How cute.(学习cute这个单词)
设计意图:通过设置简单的问题让学生带着问题学习故事。
3) Read and answer.
1. T: What else animals do they meet Read from picture4-8, and circle the animals.
Ss: A snake, rabbits, and a fox.
学生自主阅读,找出答案。
2. 播放图片4和5视频并学习
T: Look , there's a snake. Do you like snakes
Ss: I don't like snakes.
学习不喜欢的表达方式
T: Ann doesn't like snakes, either. Why
Ss: Because they're scary.(学习scary这个单词)
T: What about Ken
Ss: No. He is afraid of snakes.(学习afraid这个单词)
3. 播放图片6视频并学习
T: Does Ann like rabbits
Ss: Yes, she likes them a lot.
学习句型:I like them a lot.
4 .图片7和8学习
T: The fox likes the rabbits. Who can help them
Ss: Bobby.
学习句型: I don't like you. 理解go away的意思。并且请学生带上头饰生动地表演图片7和8。
5. 播放图片9学习
T: What do you think of Bobby
Ss: Bobby is great. He is ...
6. Make a short funny conversation.
T: Ken. Ken. Do you like squirrels
Ss: Yes. Yes. I like squirrels.

7. Listen and follow.
8. Read by themselves.
设计意图:学生通过自主阅读,提炼课文信息,对教师的问题进行解答,在这个过程中注重对学生自主阅读能力的培养,关注学生个体差异。在有趣的短对话这个环节,对课文中出现的动物和人物对动物的喜好进行了有效地问答,同时归纳了整个故事情节。对课文进行跟读并自读内化,使学生养成良好的朗读习惯。

Talk about the animals you like or you don't like. For example;
There are many animals in the forest. I like pandas. They are cute. I don't like snakes. They are
scary.
学生六人一组自由讨论后进行表演,并给予表扬和鼓励。
设计意图:引导学生从语言形式的操练过渡到语言功能的理解,使学生学以致用。
