构成
be going to后接动词原形, 其中be根据主语的不同变成相应的am, is或are。
时间状语
常与表示将来的tomorrow,next week,等时间状语连用。

My first resolution is about improving my health. Next year, or maybe sooner, I am going to get lots of exercise.
