教学目标

教学重点: 学习并掌握重点词汇及短语。 了解和区分who/which引导的定语从句。
教学难点: 了解和区分who/which引导的定语从句。 描述照片。

教学过程

Warm-up:(10”) Greetings. Greetings. 师生互相问候,预热课堂。
Lead-in:(1’50”) Show some photos of different subjects. Enjoy the photos and tell the subjects of the photos. 与学生“聊天”,让其欣赏照片的同时说出每张照片所反映的主题,导入新课。
Learning Aims(附页Ⅰ):(1’) Show the learning aims to the students. Know about the learning aims. 明确学习目标,有的放矢。
New words:(5’) Teach some new words according to the word-building. eg. tonight, read out, winner, singer. Teach some new words with the help of the pictures. eg. blouse, skirt, rush, headmaster, present. Learn the new words. 培养学生根据构词法识别生词的能力以及借助图片记忆新单词的能力,为后续活动打好基础。
Listening(Para.1&2)(附页Ⅱ):(3’) Play the tape recorder Check the answers. Listen to the tape, choose the best answer and answer the question. 选取课文前两段,训练学生听短文、捕捉所需信息的能力。练习听力的同时,进一步熟悉本课的目标语言。
Reading(附页Ⅲ): Fast reading.(2’) Tell them some reading tips.(Pay attention to the title and the first sentence of each paragraph while reading. ) 2.Careful reading. (8’) Help the students finish the tasks and deal with some language points. 1.Fast reading. Read the text and answer the questions. 2.Careful reading. (1).Fill in the chart(Para.3) (plete the passage(Para.4) (3).Answer the questions(Para.5) (4).Guess the meaning of the phrases and discuss in groups(Para.1&6) 1. 重视标题和首句的重要性,把握文章整体脉络。 2. 以四种不同的阅读方式培养学生理解课文和提取重要信息的能力。发挥学生自主学习的能力以及合作探究的能力。
Grammar:(3’) Help the students know about the Attributive Clause with who/which. Know about the Attributive Clause with who/which according to the sentences from the text. 通过文中的四个句子复习who引导的定语从句以及了解which引导的定语从句。借助多媒体颜色比对,让学生自己去发现总结who/which的用法区别。
Writing(附页Ⅳ):(10’) (Describe your favourite photo.) 1. Show a sample written by the teacher. 2. Offer the students some writing tips,such as, the information their passage should include, the beginning and ending should be well organized. And then help them finish their passages. 3. Evaluate the volunteers’ compositions Discuss the picture given by the teacher in groups and try to write their own passages. 2. Representatives from each group share their passages in front of the class. 通过层层铺垫,以写作的形式检测学生的综合语言运用能力。给出指定图片并配以详细提示,并且让学生小组讨论后再写作,主要是为了照顾大多数同学,让他们都能够有话可说。
Exercise(附页Ⅴ):(3’) Check the answers and offer help if necessary. Finish the exercises. 快速检测,查漏补缺、夯实基础。(根据课堂时间可调整为课后练习)
Summary:(2’) Help them to sum up what they have learned today from the following aspects: words, phrases, sentences (grammar), and so on. Sum up what they have learned today 了解自己本节课的收获,自我检测学习目标是否达成。

Homework:(55”) 1.Remember the words and phrases of this lesson. 2.Make sentences with the phrases. 3.Read the text.Make sure you can read it fluently. 4.Write a passage about your favourite photo and share it in your group. 1. 巩固本节课所学知识。 2.课后通过进一步讨论交流与练习以达到学以致用的目的。
