It’s not really surprising because you worked for it.” said Ailee. Being a little nervous will help you perform at your best. However, if your pre-test or during-test stress becomes so terrible that it makes your performance(表现) worse, you are probably experiencing test anxiety.
Test anxiety is a mixture of emotions such as worry and fear. Experts say test anxiety results from fear of failure, not having enough preparation and poor testing history. So, how can you get over test anxiety Here are some tips to help.
Be prepared. Make sure you are fully prepared next time you take a test. This includes going over your notes carefully, getting a good night's sleep, and getting to class early. Slow your breathing. Try breathing in deeply through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. This will slow your breathing and help to control your heart rate.
Laugh more. Laughter is a natural medicine that can improve your mood and reduce stress. Try watching funny videos or listening to jokes the next time you’re feeling stressed.
Listen to music. Music has a great power to change your mood. Before a test, try listening to light music to calm yourself down.
Talk to a doctor. A doctor from your school’s health center could help you better understand your test anxiety and could offer tools to transform it.

Failure is part of learning.
Positive people regard failure as a chance to learn and get better. They understand that failure is just an event and that it doesn’t decide who they are. Negative people are disabled by failure because they allow it to decide who they are. They fail to understand that it's part of the learning and growing process.
I can do hard things.
Positive people love to be challenged. They understand that there is no growth without hard work. Positive people welcome difficulties, and look for ways to overcome them. Negative people love the easy road. Because difficulties increase the possibility of failure, they try to avoid them. To negative people, hard times don't make you. Instead, they break you.
I still have a lot to learn.
Positive people love to learn. They understand information improves, and that what used to work 10 years ago might not be useful today. Negative people believe they know everything, and are less likely to welcome new information if it is different from what they believe. They care less about what's right, and more about who’s right.

It is said that proper pressure is beneficial to our growth and development. But nowadays most of the students are under too much pressure.
The causes of the pressure vary from person to person. Some students fail to get on well with their classmates, while others may worry about their exams. I’m always under pressure, too. My parents expect me to be the top student in class. They send me to various kinds of after-school classes at weekends, which makes me really feel tired and stressed, leaving me no time for my interests and hobbies.
Then how can we deal with the pressure positively First and formost, physical exercise plays a key role in killing stress. When you are engaged in physical exercise like rope skipping and going for walks, it is likely that your body will release something that can bring you joy and improve your mood. Additionally, finding a balance between work and play is crucial for relaxing your body and mind. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Try to take part in some pleasant activities, such as listening to music and spending time with friends, which can help you relieve tension and stress. Last but not least, don’t hesitate to seek support from parents, teachers and friends if necessary, for they are always there to give us a helping hand.
Take control of life, and never let pressure control you. As long as we manage it properly, we can have more chances to live a healthier life.

As to the ways to deal with pressure, I list my advice as shown below.
It couldn’t be better if we get rid of pressure by taking part in some physical activities.
Physical exercise plays a positive role in killing stress. When you are engaged in physical exercise like rope skipping and going for walks, it is likely that your body will release something that can bring you joy and improve your mood.
Finding a balance between work and play is crucial for relaxing your body and mind. Try to take part in some pleasant activities, such as listening to music and spending time with friends, which can help you relieve tension and stress /reduce stress levels.
Taking short breaks after a long period of study is also of great help, allowing you to have enough/adequate energy to continue work.
It is essential to turn to others for help if necessary.
Don’t hesitate to seek support from parents, teachers and friends when we’re in need, for they are always there to give us a helping hand.
Keeping in a good mood should also be taken into consideration.
