比较项 含义及用法 举例
divide 作动词时,意为“分开”, 指把一个整体分为若干部分或者平均划分,一般与 into 搭配 This apple is divided into two parts. 这个苹果被分成了两份。
separate 作动词时,意为“使分开;分隔”,指将混合物按不同类别分开,或者把紧紧连在一起的或者融合在一起的东西分开,一般与 from 搭配 Please separate the apples from the pears. 请把苹果和梨分开。
