Step 1 Warm-up(5 minutes)
1.Free talking Ask and answer like this(Show on the ppt) :

2.Review the new words

Step 2 Pre-reading(10 minutes)
1.Give the Ss three minutes to read the text: Look at the pictures on page 42&43 ,what do you want to ask
2.Ask Ss to talk about it.(Talk about these aspects: Who , Where, When, What) Step 3 While-reading(10 minutes)
1. The teacher give the Ss five minutes to read the text and try to answer these questions.
2. Do you understand the text Ask Ss to read the difficult sentences and the teacher writes them on the blackboard.
3. Talk about these sentences and try to understand them .
Step 4 Post-reading(15 minutes)
1. Give the Ss five minutes to read the text, and let the Ss can use it.

New concept
1,通过丝绸等实物展示silk shop 等概念,并通过为实物和词卡找朋友的方式进行复习,巩固。
2,同样,用做游戏的方法教学“clothes shop, bicycle shop, tire shop, tea shop”其中,clothes, bicycle, tire, tea 已都接触过,简单讲授即可。

让学生操练有关商店的名称,当教师发出指令时,学生们要指着教室里相应的图画,发出如下指令:
