1.出示第一幅图，两个主人公图片，给出问题:

b. Where are they 师简笔画创建情景。释义：on the way

What happened
His ball is in the hole.He can’t get it out.
出示第二幅图，遇到哭泣的小男孩，生此处发散学生思考，学生猜发生了什么？然后给出第三个问题：What happened 释义：hole
出示第三幅图，给出问题第四个问题：How can they do 学生自己阅读并找出答案。师依次解决：take out, fill with, deep, come up, try to这些新词或词组。师此部分主要采用直观的小实验帮助学生更好的体会及理解。并挑学生上台体验。
How can they do
They get some water and fill the hole with it, then the ball comes up.
When you’re in trouble, think it over. Try to do it.
