教学目标
1.学生能在教师示范引导下运用有效策略速读本文,了解主要内容;
2.学生能灵活运用文中表达过马路的句子,表达在街道上该怎样做;
3.了解不遵守交通规则的危险,教育学生遵守交通规则,珍惜生命。
学情分析
本课的话题是交通安全,学生多次运用本课的主题句We must… We mustn’t…来表达交通规则进而掌握了情态动词must的用法。“阅读”部分通过Tom和他的堂兄弟Bob过马路的故事,进一步复习了本课的主题句,同时也是对学生进行安全教育,使学生懂得遵守交通规则的重要性。
重点难点
教学重点:
通过对课文的学习和理解,学生知道在街道上必须怎样做,一定不能怎样做,使学生能够将所学知识应用于生活,达到学以致用的目的。
教学难点:体会情态动词can和mustn’t在实际情境中的应用。

T: Today we will learn how to cross the street. (师板书cross the street 并领读)

Can we cross the street here (出示图片让学生判断从哪里过马路)

师在黑板上贴斑马线并说:Look at the white lines. We must cross the street
here. 师换一个地方并说:Don’t cross the street here.师板书完整标题。
