句型

by 介词,通过 ,由 , 后接动名词做宾语,回答how提出的问题

too…to 太 ……而不能 可以与 enough to 结构及so …that 结构转换
将too…to 转换为enough to 结构时要注意enough 前的形容词或副词必须是too 后面形容词或副词的反义词,enough to 结构必须用否定式。
She is too young to do the work .→ She isn’t old enough to do the work .
将too …to 结构转换为so …that 结构时要注意:so后接形容词或副词,that 后接否定句子。
She is too young to do the work .→ She is so young that she can’t do the work .
The water in the river is too dirty to swim in .(同义句转换)
The water in the river is dirty we swim in it .
The water in the river is enough in .
3.The more you read , the faster you’ll be . 你读的越多,你的速度就会越快。
The + 比较级 + 句子 , the + 比较级 + 句子 “越 …… 越……”
The more careful you are , the fewer mistakes you’ll make .(译成汉语)
4.what about / how about ……怎么样 后接名词、代词和动名词 ,用来征求对方意见或提建议。

look up 是动词 + 副词构成的短语,宾语为名词时可以放在look 和 up 之间 , 也可以放在look up 之后。
当宾语为代词时则只能放在中间。

这是“疑问词 + 不定式” 结构 相当于名次, 在句中做主语、宾语和表语 。

当特殊疑问句从当宾语从句且从句主语与主句主语或宾语一致时,可以转换成“疑问词+不定式”形式 。
She wants to know how she should pronounce this word .(同义句转换)

Whether or not + 陈述句 是否…… 引导让步状语从句 。
不管你喜欢不喜欢 , 你必须把它做好。
