Module 4 Unit 2
一、教材分析
当代学生多为独生子女，平时很少有独立生活的锻炼机会，也缺乏独立生活的能力。本模块“独自在家的”的话题非常切合学生的生活实际，这使得本模块的学习变得更有意义。本模块通过学生独自在家生活状况的描述和讨论，展开语言学习活动，并提示学生要注意锻炼和培养自己的独立生活能力。第二单元语篇讲述了少年郑晨宇独自在家生活了几天的故事。通过这样的生活实例分析，青少年应该有所感悟：今后，要注意培养自己的独立生活能力，多参与实践，早日成长为能够自食其力，有担当，有生活技能的人。
在阅读过程中，学生能通过教师的引导能找到文章的主旨句，并捕捉文章中描写人物感受的细节信息。能够熟练运用although, so…that…等状语从句描述自己独自在家的感受，并能意识自己的问题。
二、教学目标
1.语言知识目标：
（1）话题 ： 社会行为
（2）语音：能够识别并正确朗读句子中词语的连读。
（3）词汇：理解并会使用下列词汇和短语。

能够运用所学的知识切合实际描述自家在家的生活。
能够从学的现象中归纳出其中的道理。

（1）自学策略：能够从正反两方面来论述问题，并给予归纳性的总结。
（2）合作学习策略：能够通过交谈了解其他人独立生活的能力，并积极培养自己的生活自理能力。

了解西方国家对孩子独自在家生活的一些建议，拓展视野，培养自己的独立生活能力。
