二、目的状语从句
引导目的状语从句的连词：so that 以便，为了
从句常常要用到情态动词：may, might, can, could, would, shouldPlease speak loudly so that everyone can hear you.
He got up very early in the morning so that he
could catch the early bus.如果目的状语从句的主语与主句的主语相同，可用“in order to +动词原形”替换该目的状语从句。Henry took a taxi so that he could catch the train.
=Henry took a taxi in order to catch the train.连词：so…that（如此……以致于）
