一、整体设计思路、指导依据说明
本节课以新课程标准的基本理念为指导,实行课堂教学任务化,任务生活化,评价方式过程化,以学生为主体,以话题为主线,以任务为中心。课堂上注重学生的个性发展,通过引导、鼓励、激发兴趣等方法,促进学生的身心同动,构建良好的学习氛围与环境,给足学生自主学习空间。教学设计突出学生的主体地位,尊重学生个体差异。灵活使用、整合教学资源,优化教学效果。
二、教学背景分析
1.教学内容分析:
新课标要求教师要善于结合教学实际,灵活又创造性地使用教材。本单元的话题是交通工具,语言知识分别为词组by bike, by bus, by car, on foot, go to school的学习和运用, 以及句型 How do you go to school I go to school by car. How does she go to school She goes to school by car. 语法点是第三人称单数形式。
2.学生情况分析:
本阶段的英语学习,应该遵循语言学习的规律,同时充分把握四年级儿童的心理特点,使英语学习成为一种愉快的学习体验。这个阶段的儿童注意不稳定、不持久,易接受新鲜事物并且易被吸引,对课件里的动画和音效感兴趣, 并且能够简单运用所学知识解决问题。本校学生大多英语基础较好,思维活跃,教学时应注意教学方式的灵活多样性以及内容的拓展延伸。
教学目标分析
1.语言知识目标
(1)学习词组by bike, by bus, by car, on foot, go to school并懂得运用。
(2)学习句型:
How do you go to school
I go to school by car.
How does she go to school
She goes to school by car.
(3)谈论交通工具及交通方式。
2.语言技能目标
(1) 能询问他人出行的交通方式,并从别人的谈话中获取信息。
(2) 能在口语交际和书面运用中表达自己或他人出行时的交通方式。 3.情感态度目标 培养学生遵守交通法规,提高交通安全的意识。 Step 1 Warming up

Step 2 Review letters
1. Baby chickens with letters: Ss read the letters according to the speed of the chickens and guess what’s missing.
2. Read the groups of two letters.
3. Game: read the letters one by one. (字母接龙)
4. Guessing: guessing the six small letters according to the description and write them down on the exercise paper. (O-R-A-N-G-E),引出颜色的复习。 Step 3 Review colors

3. Extension:
