【教学目标】
1.通过“词不离句,句不离篇”的训练方式,学会灵活运用本单元的新学词汇。
2.通过运用跳读、略读、精读等阅读策略,理解发明与科技进步、把握主旨大意,提高阅读表达能力。
3.围绕本单元的话题,学会使用as a result, because等连词清晰的表达自己的观点,提高信息组织和语言表达能力。
【教学重难点】
重点:一般将来时的被动语态。
难点:理清文章的脉络。
【评价任务】
针对目标一设计的任务:运用所学词汇的正确形式完成短文,并把重点短语造句练习。
针对目标二设计的任务:
运用检索阅读的方法,完成Activity2,学会通过文章标题和段落首句寻找所需信息。
运用跳读阅读策略,完成Activity3的表格,按照时间线索理清文章脉络。
细读短文,完成阅读表达题目,加深对短文的理解。
针对目标三设计的任务:学会使用as a result, because 和so清晰的表达自己的观点。
【教学活动设计】
教学环节 教学活动 评价要点
一、导入环节(2分钟) (一)导入新课,板书课题 导入语:Good morning ,class. If you need some information, how do you get it, reading books or surfing the Internet Do you think books will be replaced by the Internet Today we will learn Module9 Unit2. (And write the title on the blackboard.) (二)出示学习目标 过渡语:Let’s read the learning goals together.(用屏幕展示目标,学生读目标。) 1.通过“词不离句,句不离篇”的训练方式,我学会灵活运用本单元的新学词汇。 2.通过运用跳读、略读、精读等阅读策略,我能理解发明与科技进步、把握主旨大意,提高阅读表达能力。 3.围绕本单元的话题,我学会使用as a result, because等连词清晰的表达自己的观点,提高信息组织和语言表达能力。 过渡语:Are you clear Let’s go on. 能抓住关键词,明确学习目标。
二、先学环节(15分钟) (一)出示自学指导 过渡语:First look at the guides carefully and then finish the tasks step by step. 1.速读课文,匹配段落大意。(Activity2) 2.跳读课文,完成表格。(Activity3) 3.细读课文,完成阅读表达任务。 (二)自学检测反馈 过渡语:Then finish the tasks step by step. 1. Read the passage quickly and match the main idea with the paragraph. (Activity2) 2. Read the passage quickly and complete the table. (Activity3) 3. Read the passage carefully and finish the reading tasks. (1) 第二段:What was the result of few books being produced ______________________________________________________ (2) 第三段:Later, developments in printing made it possible to produce books more quickly and cheaply.句子中的it代指_________________________________________________________。 (3) 第四段:The machines we use to read it are now _________ ________than a single book. (三)质疑问难 过渡语:Do you have any questions If you have some questions, put up your hands. 自学检测1让学生学会通过文章标题和段落首句寻找所需信息。 自学检测2是让学生学会按照时间线索理清文章脉络 自学检测3 是让学生细读文章,加深理解。
三、后教环节(15分钟) 过渡语:After learning the passage,let’s work in groups. (一)Describe in groups. Write full sentences with as a result, because or so. 1. Why is it hard to imagine a world without printing 2. What was the result of few books being produced 3. What happened after the printing technology developed 4. What will happen to the books in the future Why ----- Why is it hard to imagine a world without printing -----It’s hard to imagine a world without printing because we have so many printed things now. (二)Complete the passage with the words.
