This Unit talks about the wonders of the world.It is closed to students’daily life .Students are interested in it.After learning it.students can improve their listening and speaking abilities.At the same time students can love and protect wonders in the world from learning.
设计思路
以话题为中心任务开展教学活动,本单元的主要内容是世界奇观。为了引起全体同学的兴趣和关注,首先用一组世界各地的幻灯片引课,紧接着是朗朗上口的chant为开场白,吸引了孩子的眼球,我扮演一名导游,向孩子们介绍了关于本课涉及的奇观,借助They are huge,与他们亲近要注意安全。在进入正课后,由于本课是听说课,向孩子介绍听力之前,之中,之后的应该注意的学习方法。让所有的孩子完成听力训练后,模仿录音机的语音语调大声朗读课文,为巩固所学内容,我还编排了pair work 和guessing game两部分。最后介绍世界奇观是人类的文明巨大的财富,我们应该热爱他们,保护他们,达到教育的目的。
学情分析
这是学生感兴趣的话题。比较接近孩子的日常生活,以世界奇观为主题开展教学活动比较容易激发孩子的参与热情,通过小组合作学习达到良好的教学效果。
教学目标
语言知识目标(1)To help students master the words:man-made,natural,wonder,discussion,eastern,though,loud,more than,below,shine,sky,silent,go though,silver.
(2)To help students master the sentences:Ivisited the Giant’sCauseway two year ago.
It produses electricity for millions of people in China.Ilooked to the east.
能力目标:(1)To understand and get more detailed information about wonders from listening and reading.
(2) To use gereral questions with do or does.
(3) To talk about their favourite wonders.
情感目标:Students can love and protect wonders from learning.
学习策略
1、合作学习策略:通过小组合作学习让孩子自由交流,达到运用的目的。
2、交际策略:通过每个同学的个人发言让孩子交流,达到口语训练目的。
教学方法:Task-based teaching method,Communicative approach.Askand answer methods.
学法指导:Cooperation and discussion.
教具准备:A tape recorder, blackboard,computer, music,video, some objects and ppt.
