通常包括三部分内容：
表达感激之情，简单陈述写这封感谢信的原因
详细说明要感谢的事由，措辞更加具体真诚
再次感谢，表达祝福（有时可发出邀请）
常用句型：
1. 写作目的(表示感谢)：
express my sincere gratitude
I’m deeply grateful/thankful to you for sth. / doing sth. …
I would like to convey in this letter my heartfelt thanks to you for sth. / doing sth. …
With deepest gratitude, I write to you in this letter for …
2. 具体论述要感谢的事情：
Without your help/assistance in …(具体帮助)，I could not do …
It was nice/kind/thoughtful of you to do …
It was your kind help that … (强调句型)
If it had not been for your help/guidance/assistance, I wouldn’t have done … (虚拟语气)
But for your … , I wouldn’t do … now. (虚拟语气)
3. 结尾再次感谢并表示回报：
Thanks again for your generous help.
Again, I would appreciate it if you could accept my gratitude.
I appreciate it more than I can say.
My true appreciation is beyond the word’s description.
Words fail to express my gratitude deep in my heart.
In order to return your favor, I will do …

Learning that you’re leaving for your country soon, I would like to convey my heartfelt gratitude to you for your consistent help.
It was your generous help that enabled me to learn English well. Initially, I still remember what you have devoted to improving my oral and written English whenever I encountered difficulties. More importantly, without your professional guidance, I would not have made such unbelievable progress in English and would not have even ranked first in a recent English speech contest. Ultimately, it was you that always cheered me up, so that I could regain my confidence and enthusiasm to English study.
