教学步骤
Step 1 Warming up. 师生互致问候。
Step 2 Revision
1.复习数字one至twelve。
（1）按节奏数数字，复习单词。
（2）幻灯片上出示one至twelve的单词，学生大声并快速地读出来。 Step 3 Presentation 1.教学单词clock。 幻灯片出现一个闹钟，对学生说：“What’s this ”引导学生说出clock。多种形式操练单词。
2.教授句型。
（1）幻灯片出现一个闹钟，对学生说：“Look. It’s.... What’s the time？”
板书句子What’s the time？并教学。
（2）教师指着幻灯片上的的钟问：“What’s the time ”教师自己回答：“Oh, it’s three o’clock. 板书句子It’s _____ o’clock？教学并板书。
（3）同桌用所学句型互问互答。
（4）游戏——传卡片读句子。 游戏规则：全班分成四组传卡片，同学们拍手重复提问“Time, time, what’s the time ” 。当老师说：“Stop! ”，每组拿到卡片的同学站起来大声说出：“It’s ...o’clock.”
3.教师指着白板上的钟问：“What’s the time ”引导学生回答：“It’s eleven o’clock .” 幻灯片上再呈现北京的图片，教师自己说“Oh, it’s eleven o’clock in Beijing.”并教学。多种形式操练句型。教师以同样方法出示单词London, Moscow, Paris, Tokyo.
4. 知识链接：由于地球自转，在同一时刻，不同地点，时间是不一样的，这就是我们所说的时差。
5.教授句子So many clocks. 幻灯片上出现课文图片，教师指着白板说：“Ben and his mother are in the hotel, look, One clock，two clocks，three clocks…. Wow. So many clocks.”引导学生看图说句子So many….如：So many boys. So many girls.等等。
Step 4 Listen and follow.
1．教师说:“我们去看看Ben 和他的妈妈在聊些什么吧！教师播放课文视频。
2.再播放两到三遍，采用全班跟读，小组跟读的形式学习对话内容。
3.根据课文，回答问题。
4.学生分角色表演对话。
5.教师寄语:Time is gold.
Step 5 Pronunciation.
以砸金蛋的形式，让孩子们跟读go, home ,no, nose, ok, ago等等
