1.什么是音节?
读音的基本单位,一个音标里有几个元音因素就有几个音节。
2.音节的分类
(1)按数量分
单音节:a I play bad six
双音节:fa/ther ti/tle peo/ple
多音节(三个或三个以上):cen/tu/ry cer/tain/ly

(2)按读音分
开音节:辅+元(发音的元音字母结尾):he go no do be tree
辅(r,w,y除外)+e结尾(不发音):name bike make

多个辅音(r除外)结尾,中间只有一个元音:cross

(3)按重读分
重读音节:发音特别响亮的音节。

双音节动词有90%以上是第二个音节重读:abuse [ bjuz]
多音节单词中,一般重读音节为倒数第三个音节 popular

When I was young, after church on Sundays, we would always have a delicious Italian dinner at my grandmother's house. My grandmother's slow-cooked sauce(酱) was the key. We would all eat, talk and laugh until our stomachs were full.
