教学设计说明
1.学习者分析
本单元教学为八年级内容,授课学生为正处于八年级下期学习的学生。通过1年半的学习和积累,学生积累了一定的词汇量,接触到了常见的话题和功能项目,特别是通过本单元前面三个课时的话题和功能项目的学习,学生基本知道如何使用If主将从现句型进行口头交流,为本课的阅读,理解和生成奠定了知识基础。
同时,八年级的学生,已经能够找到文章的关键信息,但他们整理和归纳这些关键信息的能力仍有待提高。因此,教师可以引导学生利用阅读技能,对提取出的关键信息进行分类和归纳,这将有利于学生进一步理清文章脉络和复述文章主要内容。
然而,面对新教师,学生往往对教师处于试探阶段,教师应准确把握学生的心理,营造良好的学习氛围,搭建合理的学习支架,激发学生的学习热情和合作意识,引导学生创造性地运用语言。
2.教学方法设计
本课主要采用任务型教学法和情景教学,同时采用合作讨论教学法,学生中心教学法等方法。
本课围绕“Find ways to solve problems”这一主要任务开展教学。鉴于学生之前的学习中,对文章的内在逻辑联系没有深刻体验,所以本课的教学设计应充分体现活动的梯度性。活动设计由全控制型到半控制型再到自由式,符合学生“最近发展区”,有助于学生认识内在逻辑,并打开思路,有话可说。这一过程中,教师采用问答法,引导学生阅读并提取文段主要信息,有效强化对文章内在逻辑的理解。
同时,本课采用学生中心教学法,让学生进行小组合作学习,讨论问题,解决问题;让学生基于自身对语言的感受和认识,运用目标语言结构和文章有用句型来进行书写和表达。这些教学活动的开展,充分体现学生的主体性,能有效地提高学生的课堂参与度。
3.管理策略设计
在几百人面前上课,学生通常感觉比较紧张。这种情况下,学生往往比较拘谨,不能自如地参与到课堂教学中。同时,8年级的学生正逐渐走向成熟,性格偏向沉稳,在分析文章的过程中,可能会比较沉闷。
因此,教师要时刻关注学生的参与状态,通过设计贴近学生生活,能够激发学生学习热情的活动,来促进师生交流,生生互动。同时,这是一堂“以读促写,以读促说”的课,教师应着重关注学生的生成状态,即关注学生运用本课所学生成产出问题和对于文章内在逻辑理解的效果。为此,在小组合作时,教师应走进学生中间,对学生的学习予以指导,鼓励他们创造性地生成解决问题的不同方式。
4.媒体设计
本课需要使用PPT幻灯媒体,进行音频播放,图片呈现,以及板书的直观呈现。
