【导入】Step 1 Warming up
1. 师生互致问候。
T: Good morning, boys and girls.
S: Good morning, Tina.
T: My boys and girls, I have a beautiful song to share with you. Let’s enjoy it together.
2. 全班欣赏歌曲:The Months of the Year。
3. 教学 month.
由歌曲引出单词month, PPT出示单词mouth,将字母由u变成n,让学生感知单词的拼写,以旧带新。
4. 揭示并板书课题。由month引出months
T: How many months are there in a year

Step 2 Review
复习已学过的月份单词July, August, September和October。
⑴ 出示日历,复习单词。
T: We learned some words about months. They are… . 日历上出示已学过的月份,学生快速认读。
⑵ 出示月份的单词卡片和月份花,揭示评价。
T : Look, July. Group 1 is July team, in July, there are some water chestnuts in July. (贴上花)。
T : Look, August. Group 2 is August team, in August, there are some osmanthus in August. (贴上花)。
T : Look, September. Group 3 is September team, in September, there are some chrysanthemums in September. (贴上花)。
T : Look, October. Group 2 is October team, in October, there are some lotus in October. (贴上花)。
板书并教学: When is your birthday
⑴ 通过教师喜欢的月份10月,引出单词birthday.
T: I like October very much, why Can you guess 出示蛋糕图片引出单词birthday.
⑵ 教师提问When is your birthday 板书并教学句子:When is your birthday 引导学生回答:It’s in ….
⑶ 请2~3名学生谈谈自己生日的月份。
T: When is your birthday
T: It’s in ….
【讲授】Presentation
㈠ 导入课文语境。
教师出示Yang Ming 和Lily头像,说:“ Yang Ming and Lily are talking about birthday. They ask each other: When is your birthday ”并提出问题:
When is Yang Ming’s birthday
When is Lily’s birthday
2. 教师播放课文CD-ROM,学生听并找出答案。
㈡ 教学单词March, April, May和June。
教学单词March。
⑴ 通过单词car和chair辅助学习单词March。
T: Look, car ,chair. They becomes : March. Say it together: March.
⑵ 说有关March的句子,如:
T: Now, look at these pictures, can you say some sentences about March Have a try, OK
Spring comes in March.
Trees turn green in March.
Yang Ming’s birthday is in March.
…
2. 学习单词April和May。
⑴ 教学单词April,并出示单词apple,比较学习这两个单词的音和形。
⑵ 教学单词May, 并出示单词may, 比较学习这两个单词的形和义。
T: We have learn May, right Say it together: May I use your book
“may ” there means “可以 ” . When small letter “m” becomes big letter “M”, May is a month, means “五月”
3. 学习单词June。
⑴ 由黑板上的第二个问题:When is Lily’s birthday 引出It’s on Children’s
Day. 让学生初步学会辨别 on,in.
T: When is Lily’s birthday
S: It’s in ….
T: Is it in or on Children’s Day (强调这里使用的是“in”)
⑵ 由Children’s Day is in June引出单词June的教学,并出示单词July,比较学习这两个单词的音、义、形。
⑶ 运用单词June说话, 如:
T: Now, look at these pictures, can you say some sentences about March Have a try, OK
Children’s Day is in June.
We can sing and dance in June.
We can go to the park in June.
…
㈢ 巩固有关月份的八个单词。
1. 快速指读,利用板书先将月份划分出春天和夏天的月份。
T: We have learn : March April May June July August September October,
March April May is in spring, June July August is in summer, August September October is in autumn, right
2. PPT出示地球公转产生四季,引导学生尝试划分四季月份。
T: Look ,the earth goes around the sun, and it becomes four seasons. They are :spring , it’s warm, look, summer is coming , it’s hot. And autumn , it’s cool.
The last season is winter, it’s cold.
举例:September is in Autumn.学生尝试划分四季月份。
3. 游戏—— 四面开花.
游戏规则:教师问When is your birthday 并随机请一个同学来回答,当回答的学生说出自己生日月份时,和他同一个月份的孩子就要站起来一起说句子,如:
T: When is your birthday
S1: It’s in August. It’s hot. We like eat ice cream, we can go swimming…
同月份的学生一起说:It’s in August. 以此类推,请2~3个学生来回答。
㈣ 学习并巩固课文对话。
1. 请学生翻开课本第36页,教师播放课文录音或教学光盘。
2. 学生模仿跟读二至三遍。
3. 完成课本第40页的Learn to write.部分。

学生自读绘本A June Girl,看图说话。
学生根据提示完成小短文。
【作业】Homework
1. 听录音,熟读并背诵课文内容。
2. 完成《活动手册》上本课的练习。
3. 用今天学到的知识询问朋友的生日,并记录下来。
