Anna is worried about her friend Jolin. Jolin is too thin but she still thinks she's fat. She is always on a diet and she is getting too thin.
Peter feels ashamed of himself. His friend laughed at a sick lady but he didn't say anything.
Simon feels embarrassed when he smiles or opens his mouth. His friends laugh at him and say bad things about him when he wears braces.
Julie is annoyed with her sister. Her sister is too noisy. She always takes her things without telling her and she always makes a mess.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re worried about your exams. Don’ be so nervous. Because many students have the same trouble. You are not alone. And I can give you some suggestions.
First of all, I think one of the most important things to do is to make a plan. Then, you can have enough time to revise them. Secondly, you should go to bed early and have a good sleep. In order that, you will feel good the next morning. Besides, you’d better have a good breakfast and you can eat some bread, milk, fruit and so on. Food can give you energy. What’s more, I think you don't be too nervous about the exams, and it can help you think clearly. I hope my advice will be useful for you.
