Unit 3 Planning a Trip Part A
一、教学内容
教学本单元的时间是国庆节即将到来的时候,本单元的主要话题是“旅游和交通方式,天气,月份”;功能是谈论假期的旅游安排。主要语法内容是:一般将来时的特殊疑问句,一般疑问句,肯定回答,否定回答。语音教学内容为辅音连缀bl和br的读音。本单元学习表示月份的部分单词(July, August, September, October),目的在于减少第五单元Months of the Year的单词量。
二、教学目标

3.学习辅音连缀bl和br在单词中的发音。

三、教具准备
1.词组卡片:
(1)go to Wuyishan, go to the library, watch TV, do my homework等词组卡片。
(2)National Day, Children’s Day, New Year等有关节日的词组卡片。
2.一本日历和一张中国地图。
3.有关交通工具的图片。
4.录音机或教学光盘。
四、教学过程
A. Warming up
1. Greetings.
师生问候。
2. Sing a song. < Where is Linda >
T: Look here. Who is that girl Where is she And what is she doing Let’s sing the song and find the answers.
3. Free talk.
教师出示学生假期旅游的相片,引出trip一词,做简单讲解。
T: Who is that girl Where is she And what is she doing
Ss: She’s Linda. She’s in the garden. She’s drawing pictures.
T: Linda likes drawing. How about you
T: Look, who is this girl Where is she What is she doing
T: She’s…She’s in... She’s going to...
T: Who is that boy Where is he What is he doing
T: He’s… He’s in... He’s going to... He’s very happy.
4. Topic.
T: Do you like traveling Do you like going for a trip
T: Read after me: trip.
T: Before we go for a trip, we will make a plan.
T: Read after me: plan.

B. Presentation
1. Teach “holiday”.
教师提问学生什么时候去旅游,引出假期holiday一词。
T: I like traveling. I’ll go around the world. Do you like it When do you go for a trip

S4: Spring Festival.

T: Spring Festival, New Year’s Day and Children’s Day are all holidays. We often go for a trip on holidays. Read after me: holiday / go for a holiday

T: Listen, it’s a famous song. We are singing and dancing. It’s the beginning of the year. It’s on Jan. 1st. It’s New Year’s Day.
2. Teach “National Day”.
教师利用国庆盛典的视频引出新词National Day教学,并用不同语气操练National Day is coming.一句。
T: It’s in the Tiananmen Square. We raise our national flag. We are all proud of us. It’s a holiday. It’s on Oct. 1st. It’s National Day. Pay attention to the big letters.
T: Today, it’s Sep. 18th. National Day is coming. Are you happy Please tell me.
Ss: National Day is coming.
3. Teach “won’t = will not”
教师提问学生Will you go for a holiday 引出回答Yes, I will. / No, I won’t. 师生进行一问一答的操练。
T: Today is Sep. 8th . National Day is coming. I will go for a holiday on National Day. Will you go for a holiday Yes or no If you go for a holiday you can say: Yes, I will. If you not, please say: No, I won’t. won’t = will not

4. Task 1: Listen and think.
教师播放课文录音,学生从录音中寻找Will Wang Tao go for a holiday 的答案。

5. Task 2: Watch and think.
教师播放课文内容的视频,学生带着问题寻找答案。

1. 听课文录音,模仿并熟读课文。
2. 完成《活动手册》中本课的练习。
3. 制订一份旅游计划,包括时间、地点和交通方式等信息,了解和记录当地的天气情况,准备在下节课进行交流与汇报。
