学情分析
五年级的小学生好奇、好动、爱表现、善模仿，对于新鲜事物，对陌生语言的好奇心能激发他们对外语的兴趣。他们想象力好，形象思维强，但理性思维尚欠缺，逻辑思维能力不够强。他们学习起来模仿力、记忆力、可塑性强，具有许多成人所不具备的优越性。为了符合学生这一特定生心理特点，本教学设计通过“巧设情景、寓教于乐”的方式，利用多种直观教具和现代化教学手段，力求满足不同类型不同层次学生需求、鼓励学生大胆使用英语，为他们提供自主学习和相互交流以及充分表现和发展自我表现的空间，并努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围，培养持续的学习兴趣，形成科学的学习方式，为终身学习打基础。

【导入】Warming　up

【讲授】　Presentation
一、初读课文，教学课文第一段。
1. 教师提出问题：“Where does the woman want to go ” 请学生带着问题看课文CD-ROM。
2. 通过问题的答案教学单词train station。
3. 教学句子：Excuse me. How can I get to the train station
（1）听音，引出句子。
（2）教学句子Excuse me。
（3）教学词组 get to和get to the train station。
（4）采用不同的方法操练句子。
4. 教学句子：It’s far away. You can take a bus or a taxi.
（1）听音，引出句子。
（2）教学单词 bus, taxi和 a bus or a taxi。
二、再读课文，教学课文第二段。
1. 根据课文第二幅图，提出问题：“Which bus can she take ”请学生带着问题看课文CD-ROM。
2. 通过问题的答案教学句子Bus 60 or Bus 90.
三、熟读课文，学习句子：Here comes the taxi.
1. Listen and repeat.
2. Listen and repeat again.（采用不同形式逐句跟读，并教学句子Here comes the taxi.）
3. 复述课文。
(1)完成填空练习。
(2)请学生看着练习中的四句话复述课文内容。

1、听录音，熟读并背诵课文内容。
