1.知识目标:能掌握中国传统佳节——春节的一些风俗的表达方法;能听懂、会说、认读house, delicious, enjoy, get, great, fun及B部分的词汇;能听懂、会说important, light等词。
2.能力目标:能听懂、理解A部分课文。
3.情感目标:了解中国的传统佳节——春节的风俗;了解谚语“一年之计在于春”的英语表达方式。
二、教学重点:
能听懂、会说、认读与春节相关的单词、短语。
三、教学难点:
能听懂、会读A部分课文,了解春节的习俗。
四、教学准备:
红包、花炮、春联、福字等实物或单词卡片、春节视频、课件、多媒体等。
五、教学过程:
Step 1 Warming up
1.Let’s move.
2.Guess,guess,guess: What’s the festival is it
利用课件出示与母亲节、儿童节、教师节、春节等节日相关的图片,让学生开动脑筋猜一猜是什么节日。
T: What’s the festival is it
Ss: …
T:(出示春联) What’s this
Ss: 春联.
T: When do you put this on your door
Ss: We often put them on the door before “chunjie”
T: Spring Festival is “chunjie”. Today we are going to learn something about the Spring Festival.(板书课题)
Step 2 Presentation and drill
1.T: The Spring Festival is an important festival in China. It is the same as Christmas in America. Do you like the Spring Festival
Ss: Yes.
T: But why Who can tell me some customs during the Spring Festival What do you do during the Spring Festival (鼓励学生大胆表达)
T: You are very clever. But do you know how to say these in English
通过实物或单词卡片呈现新单词和短语eve of the Spring Festival, a family reunion dinner, get red packets ,light firecrackers, lion dance等,板书单词并带读。
2.Game 1:利用大小声小游戏来进行新词的听说训练。
Game 2:幸运大转盘。(学生根据课件中转盘的箭头指向读出对应的单词或短语并在教师的引导下将单词或短语放进句型中)

Step 3 Practice
1. Listen and answer.
不打开书,带着问题听课文。Q: What is Mrs Zhang doing Who enjoys the Spring Festival most 教师释义生词enjoy。
2. Read and underline.
浏览短文,圈出生词,并结合上下文猜测词义。教师释义great fun等单词和短语。
3. Listen and repeat.
4. Read aloud.
5. Do some exercises.
Step 4 Consolidation And Extension
1.分组讨论春节的习俗并逐条写下,小组长做记录。如:
a. People go home to join their families.
b. They have a family reunion dinner on the eve of the Spring Festival. ...
2. Watch a video.(帮助学生了解更多的春节习俗)
3.让学生了解谚语“一年之际在于春”的英语表达方式,教育学生做任何事情都必须要有一个明确的目标并且付诸实际行动。
Step 5 Summary And Homework
1. 师生共同总结本节课所学知识。
2. 布置作业:(1)听录音,跟读A部分课文;(2)抄写B部分词汇3遍。
师生在“Happy New Year”这首背景音乐中结束本节英语课。
