频度副词表示某一动作或状态出现的频率，即在一定时间内某一动作或状态重复出现的次数，常用来回答how often的提问。

1、用法：
表示经常性、习惯性、规律性、真理性的动作或状态，或者动作有时间规律发生的事件的一种事件状态。
注意：表示客观事实或者自然真理，这种情况只能用一般现在时。
如 The erath goes around sun. 地球围绕太阳转。

2、一般现在时的结构
一般现在时分为两种结构：有be动词的和有行为动词的。
（1）有be动词的一般现在时
肯定句：主语+be+其他 I am a student.
否定句： 主语+be+ not + 其他 I am not a student.
am not= I'm not; is not= isn't; are not= aren't.
一般疑问句： be+ 主语+其他？
Are you a student yes, I am./ No, I'm not.
回答：yes, 主语+be. / No, 主语+be+not.
当主语是第三人称单数时
肯定句中不同人称对应的动词变化
肯定句：主语+动词原形+其它.
当主语不是第三人称单数时
I always go to the movies on Sunday evening.
肯定句：主语+动词第三人称单数形式+其它.
She sometimes plays soccer.
否定句：主语+doesn’t+动词第三人称单数形式+其它.
She doesn’t sometimes plays soccer.
否定句：主语+don’t+动词原形+其它.
I don’t always go to the movies on Sunday evening.
（2）有实义动词的一般现在时
当主语是第三人称单数时
疑问句中人称主语与助动词的搭配
一般疑问句： Do+主语+动词原形+其它？
特殊疑问句：特殊疑问词+一般疑问句.

Language points
1. I go to the movies maybe once a month.
maybe adv. 大概；或许；可能
Maybe she is a doctor. = She may be a doctor.
maybe 副词，常位于句首作状语，意为“大概;或许;可能”,相当于perhaps。
may be may是情态动词，may be为“情态动词+动词原形”结构，在句中作谓语，意为“可能是”。
合并作状语，分开作谓语。舍maybe 仍有意，丢may be 可不成。
2. He plays at least twice a week.
at least “至少；不少于；起码”其反义短语是at most，
意为“至多；不超过”。
Teenagers need to sleep at least 8 hours every day.
You can borrow at most three books once.
