Step 2. While-learning
Ask and answer:

Learn the new words and the procedures of making a kite.
First, cut the bamboo.
And then, cut the paper.
Next, draw a picture and paint it with a brush.
Lastly, glue the paper on the bamboo and tie a string to the kite.
