2.描述性形容词
形容词是用来说明、修饰名词或代词的一类词,表示人或物的性质特征、状态或属性。
(1)描述人的外貌、身高、体重等整体特征时,用“系动词be+形容词”或“系动词be+of+名词”。
Tom is tall and his little brother is short.
汤姆个子高，他的弟弟个子矮。
My English teacher is of medium height.
我的英语老师是中等身高。
(2)描述人身体某一部位的特征时,用“动词have/has+形容词+表示身体部位的名词”。
Frank has short black hair. 弗兰克留着又短又黑的头发。

3.多个描述性形容词的排列顺序
英语中，当名词前有多个形容词修饰时,这些形容词的排列顺序通常遵循一定的规则,不得随意调换。基本顺序限定词(冠词、指示代词、物主代词、数词等)+表示观点的描述性形容词+大小、形状、长短、高低+年龄、新旧+颜色+国籍、地区+物质材料+中心词。
