单元整体教学设计思路
本单元的单元主题是Our animal friends。以故事人物的动物朋友为话题,通过描述动物,让学生学会与身体部位相关的单词。并且在表达过程中,学习have/has 的陈述句、一般疑问句及其回答。
本单元以动物为话题,让学生学会描述动物的样子,让学生走近小动物,培养学生的爱心。此外,本单元还要求学生掌握字母u的发音规则。

教学对象分析
学生经过四年的英语学习,能对常用的单词、词组和简单句子做到正确运用,且具有一定的词汇量。本单元,继续在培养学生语篇阅读能力的同时,努力让学生多读多记多背英语单词、词组与句子,注重对语法知识的理解与运用,有意识地逐步培养学生的阅读短文和写作能力。
兴趣是孩子英语学习最好的老师,本单元以“动物朋友”为主题,更容易激发学生的学习热情和兴趣。教学过程中,更要注重培养起学生良好的朗读、交流和书写习惯,培养学生逐步养成阅读英文小短文的习惯。
教学目标
第一课时:以“谈论自己的动物朋友”为学习情景,通过触摸,学习、操练与运用leg, body, arm, foot等词汇;能运用I have... It’s/They’re …. It/They can .... It has/They have …等句型描述自己喜欢的动物的照片。
第二课时:以“调查我朋友的动物朋友”为学习情景,学习、操练与运用Do … have … Yes, … do./No, … don’t. Does he/she have … Yes, he/she does./No, he/she doesn’t.等核心句型,巩固运用I have... It’s/They’re …. It/They can .... It has/They have …等句型来描述动物朋友,并进一步丰富语言。
第三课时:以“Sam的动物朋友”为主题,较为熟练地操练与运用本单元的核心词汇和句型,通过写一个动物的简介,进一步感受动物的可爱。此外,能初步了解不同国家的不同动物,提高跨文化意识。
第四课时:通过“我们身边的动物”为主题,进一步巩固、运用本单元的核心词汇和句型,通过对农场动物和家庭宠物的描述,搭建写作的框架,利用思维导图,帮助学生构思。此外,能熟练运用元音字母u在单词中的发音,朗读语音儿歌。

第二课时 复习本单元动词词汇。 结合本课内容,能较为熟练的操练及运用I have…/It has…表达。并掌握两个句子的一般疑问句及回答。 进一步操练和运用本单元核心词汇。 能运用have/has的一般疑问句并正确回答。 能表述自己的动物朋友。
第三课时 能初步会听、说、读并拼写单词give,finger 继续操练与运用本单元的句型。 正确区分There be结构和have/has的区别。 能熟练地运用本单元核心词汇和句型。 能争取运用there be结构以及have/has的用法。 进一步了解不同国度的不同动物。
第四课时 能初步会听、说、读核心词汇rain, sunny weather, come out, carry 进一步复习单元核心句型Do … have … Yes, … do./No, … don’t. Does he/she have … Yes, he/she does./No, he/she doesn’t. 能运用核心句型以及相关句型进行动物的描述。 熟练地运用元音字母u在单词中的发音,朗读语音儿歌,举一反三。 能在语境中熟练运用本单元的核心词汇和核心句型。 进一步了解身边的动物,学会保护小动物。
