Step 1 Warming-up
1. Enjoy a video: Lao She Teahouse
2. Try to encourage the students to say what they have seen on the screen, including what the tourists are eating, drinking and watching.
3. Pair work to Get clear idea about Lao She, Teahouse and Lao She Teahouse.
Step 2 Go through the passage and try to use one main word to sum up each paragraph.

Step 3 Read and work in pairs to answer questions.
