第四部分 写作
第一节 参考范文:
Hello, everybody,
Many students complain about not having enough time for their homework. As for me, my problem is that I spend too much time
chatting with my friends online. It’s a good way to get rid of the pressure placed on me. But once I start, I find it hard to quit. It made a
bad impact on my study. To make more time for my schoolwork, I’ll just chat with my friends twice a week. And when I’m doing it,
I’ll set a timer to remind myself of the time. In this way, I think I have been able to manage my time more effectively.
Thank you!

第二节 参考范文:
I, too, raised my hand up. Soon, the speaker called on me, and with shaking hands, I began to talk. “What you said today really
made sense. I know that it’s true, because I see it every day in class. There is one person who is always made fun of. It doesn’t matter
why—it could be the way he looks, talks or even takes notes.” My voice shook“. I think that everyone here has made fun of him at one
time or another. I know I have. And now I really regret it. To us, it may just be a game, but to him, it must hurt. And I think … well, I
think we need to stop.”
I felt the silence that followed would last forever. But then, soft clapping started in the front of the room, quickly spreading
through the entire crowd. I had voiced something that everyone was feeling.
Later on that day, the boy whom I had been talking about came up to me privately and said thank you. I noticed that from that day
on, people began to treat him a little better. The bullying stopped, and people greeted him in the halls with a friendly “Hi!” It was
those little, everyday things that I noticed, and I’m sure he noticed them, too.

Most people try to avoid feeling cold. However, new studies indicate that spending time in the cold can actually be good for your
health.
One of the best ways to get the benefits of being cold is to take a cold shower. After you wake up, get in the shower and make the
water as cold as possible. Freezing cold water is also good for your hair and skin. It helps to keep healthy natural oils inside. Cold
water also closes the small openings in your skin, so dirt can’t get inside. What’s more, cold water encourages blood to move around
the body, which helps to fight diseases. Cold showers may even help us lose weight. The cold activates brown fat, which is a healthy
fat in our bodies.
Taking cold showers is completely safe, but you need to take it slowly. Start by standing beneath the cold water for about a
minute. Then, feel free to turn on the hot water. Just remember to always end your shower with cold water, as this is how you’ll get the
most benefits.
