Module 7 Computers
Unit2 When do you use a computer
教学目标：
1. 语言知识目标：
（1）词汇：
能够掌握教材词汇表中的黑体单词、短语及含义，了解其词性并在具体语境中恰当使用其相应的词形。
n: company, customer, Internet, train, travel, plan, ticket, music, movie, night, information, email, game, cinema, clothes, holiday
v: share, check, send, visit

句式：
在交际中恰当理解与运用下列语言的表达形式。

（3）语法：能够理解一般现在时的特殊疑问句的概念及用法。
（4）语音：能运用正确的语音、语调流利地朗读课文，并适当地断句。
2. 语言技能目标：
（1）说：能运用“Wh-”引导的特殊疑问句以及词汇、短语互相询问计算机的使用情况。
（2）读：能够读懂本文，理解三个外国小孩都是何时、何地、如何使用计算机。
（3）写：能够模仿课文结构和句式，描述自己对于计算机的使用情况。
3. 学习策略：
（1）认知策略：按要求预习课文并进行拓展。
（2）资源策略： 运用以前学过的知识或网络资源等查找有关描述计算机的知识，
师生间相互交流。
（3）交际策略：能善于抓住机会与同学交流合作，丰富知识。
4. 文化意识：
了解外国人们使用计算机的情况。
5. 情感态度：
了解计算机网络的利害关系，注重培养学生对待网络的正确态度。
6. 教学重难点：
重点：单词和句式；一般现在时的特殊疑问句。
难点：运用“Wh”引导的特殊疑问句进行问答，相互了解计算机的使用情况。
8、教学手段：
以任务型教学模式为主，使用多媒体辅助教学，活跃课堂气氛，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，小组合作交流，提高课堂学习的有效性。
教学过程
Step 1 Learning aims
1. 能掌握并正确运用本课重点词汇、短语及句式。
2. 能讲述自己关于计算机的使用情况并树立正确使用计算机的意识。
3. 能运用Wh-引导的特殊疑问句进行问答。
【设计意图】让学生清楚的知道这节课的学习目标，明确要学到什么、应学会什么。
Step 2 Warming-up
Ask and answer:
（1）T: If you say “Yes”, please stand up.

（2）Read these phrases again and again.
2. Pair-work:
Do you remember these phrases OK, let’s practice them.

S: On Saturdays.
T：What do you do on a computer
S: I watch movies on a computer.
Then let students practise in their groups and check one by one.

Step 3 Reading
1、Read the passage silently and answer the questions in Activity 1.
T: Today, we will make three new foreign friends, Jack, Alice and Mike.
Please turn to page 44. Now, let’s read the passage silently and try to
finish Activity 1.

Read the paragraph one by one for detail information.
（1）Read paragraph 1 and answer these questions:

（2）Read paragraph 2 and try to fill in the blanks.

3. Practise reading.

Step 4 Retell the passage.
Try to retell this passage according to the following information.

Alice There is no computer... search for information; do homework; check email; friend
Mike at home; on Sundays; send email; play computer games

Step 5 Writing
Take out a piece of paper and write something about computer according to
the following questions.
